Here are some of the pictures I managed to capture during the mission trip of some of the damage I saw from hurricane Ike. This was a 3 years ago. I will have to post some specific stories and memories.
We visited this old joint. It had a two stories building.. I believe it was a hangout bar or some such fun place.
We stayed at a church. This was in the room we slept it. Tittle gave us quite a puzzle, until we realized the top of the 'T' was suppose to be part of the sand dunes. It gave us a few giggles. :)
We put up drywall. In high temperatures and humidity, it wasn't the cleanest, pleasantest job. I really enjoyed it though.
